Agricultural equipment manufacturer defense

After taking over the defense of a Kansas-based agricultural equipment manufacturer in a case filed against it in the Southern District of Ohio, we turned the tide by engaging in intensive discovery and due diligence, leading to the court accepting our motion to add new counterclaims and affirmative defenses over the plaintiff's objection. Soon thereafter, we succeeded in settling the case on favorable terms.
