Arbitration and mediation against Medicare Advantage plans

Represented a regional hospital system in multiple private arbitration and mediation proceedings against four Medicare Advantage plans relative to the payors’ improper reduction by two percent of claims submitted by the hospital system in the wake of the sequestration cuts ushered in as part of the Budget Deficit Reduction Act.
