Injunctive relief to block the Price Transparency Act

Represented the Ohio Hospital Association and nine other Ohio health care provider trade associations in securing injunctive relief against the State of Ohio and the director of the Department of Medicaid, blocking the implementation of the Price Transparency Act, which would have resulted in the disruption of patient services rather than price transparency.
