Janik Tackett serves as an Owner’s Representative for INCompliance, bringing more than a decade of hands-on experience in industrial and commercial construction. He helps clients navigate complex capital projects from planning through completion, using his background in structural steel erection, heavy rigging, industrial equipment installation, and field operations to provide practical insight throughout the construction process.

Janik’s experience overseeing field operations for large-scale, mission-critical projects gives him a firsthand understanding of the challenges owners, contractors, and project teams face. As a General Foreman, he coordinated with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and owners to manage construction activities, monitor milestones, allocate resources, and proactively address issues affecting project performance. His earlier work as a millwright further developed his expertise in industrial equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and quality control. Janik uses this field experience to help clients maintain schedules, manage costs, address challenges, and keep projects aligned with their goals.
