Jerad Lillegard serves as an Owner’s Representative for INCompliance, bringing nearly two decades of experience managing complex construction and infrastructure projects across the public and private sectors. His background includes leading multi-million-dollar capital projects, tenant improvements, HVAC and MEP systems, site development, underground infrastructure, and energy efficiency initiatives. With extensive experience in both new construction and renovation, Jerad has successfully guided projects from initial planning and design through construction, commissioning, and closeout.

Throughout his career, Jerad has also held senior leadership roles focused on business growth, operational efficiency, and team development. He is known for his ability to balance technical insight with strategic management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client goals. At INCompliance, Jerad leverages his depth of experience to advocate for owners and help deliver successful, high-performing building projects.
