Constitutional challenges to Ohio public school system funding

Prosecuted four successful constitutional challenges to Ohio’s system of funding public schools on behalf of more than 500 school districts, resulting in the creation of the Ohio School Facilities Commission and the construction and renovation of over 1,200 public school buildings.
