Our Services
Partnering
Partnering is a formal management process in which all parties to a project voluntarily agree at the onset to adopt a cooperative, team-based approach to project development and problem resolution to eliminate or minimize conflicts, litigation, and claims. Owners, architect-engineers, construction managers, building contractors, and subcontractors all have their own priorities, which can provide a potential breeding ground for conflict. Partnering helps avoid unproductive ‘positioning’ by generating an environment of cooperation and trust.
Neutral Facilitation
We design and lead structured conversations that help construction stakeholders clarify goals, define roles, establish shared expectations, and overcome obstacles. From project kickoffs to governance planning, our facilitators create space for productive dialogue and durable alignment.
Mediation
When conflict arises during a project, we offer confidential, impartial mediation to help parties surface concerns, rebuild trust, and co-create solutions.
Ongoing Engagement Support
We stay involved as needed – offering check-ins, recalibration sessions, and conflict coaching to help construction teams stay aligned and resilient over time.
