Welding research facility patent infringement threats

Filed a declaratory judgment action of non-infringement in the Southern District of Ohio on behalf of a leading welding research facility in response to threats of patent infringement from a global welding equipment manufacturer. Settled the case early by obtaining a covenant not to sue and stipulated dismissal from the opposing party.
