Mikayla Howard serves as an owner’s representative with INCompliance, supporting public sector clients in navigating the complexities of construction projects from planning through completion. She brings a strong foundation in research, analysis, and advocacy, paired with a practical, solutions-oriented approach to project support.
Mikayla assists owners with construction contracting, procurement, and project delivery matters, helping coordinate stakeholders, identify risks, and support informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Her experience working on construction and public sector matters enables her to provide thoughtful insight on compliance considerations and emerging project issues.
Mikayla earned her Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she was an Honorable Robert M. Duncan Scholar. She also holds dual bachelor’s degrees in history and African American Studies from The Pennsylvania State University, graduating cum laude.
