Overview
Sarah serves as a higher education consultant for INCompliance, bringing extensive experience in investigations, compliance, administrative proceedings, and matters involving sexual misconduct and harassment. She partners with colleges and universities to navigate complex compliance obligations, strengthen investigative and adjudicative processes, and promote fair, equitable resolutions in sensitive matters.
Sarah serves as a neutral investigator, hearing officer, appeals officer, and advisor on policy development and process improvement. She has overseen hundreds of misconduct matters, reviewed investigative findings and adjudicative records, and provided guidance on compliance, due process, and emerging legal and policy issues. She also develops and delivers training for investigators, administrators, and institutional leaders on effective case management and civil rights compliance.
Drawing on years of experience conducting trauma-informed investigations and managing high-stakes proceedings, Sarah approaches every matter with professionalism, impartiality, and a commitment to helping institutions uphold their policies while fostering trust in their processes. Her background in leadership, investigations, and compliance enables her to support institutions in addressing complex challenges with confidence, consistency, and care.
